This cake was the first time I had ever worked with fondant. I bought the premade frosting by Wilton. It was really easy and fun to work with and I was so happy with how cute her cake came out but when it came time to eat it, the taste was really undesireable! The fondant was chewy and tasted terrible. I have since learned that Wilton is notorious for their bad tasting fondant and now make my own using Marshmellows and sugar! Yummy!
