I guess I felt guilty that I hadn't ever made Emma a homemade cake so I decided to do so on her second birthday. It turned out a little better than Katrina's 1st cake but still had a few flaws. I gained a little more confidence with it though because I didn't have any disasters so this is one of the reasons why I kept making them. Thanks to Emma!
