This was my daughters cake for her 5th birthday. She picked it out of a book I had. Its choc. cake with cream cheese filling. It had about 5 layers of filling, mmmm goood! All buttercream frosting. It's hard to tell in the pictures but there are two different tones to the pink frosting. It was the first time I had ever made roses, which are royal icing.
