This cake was for my nieces 14th birthday. Decorated in her favorite colors. It was chai tea cake with coconut lime filling and cream cheese icing. It was really good! Covered with pink fondant and decorated with purple dots, gold stars, a gold gumpaste K on top for her name and the 14 is also gumpaste painted with purple luster dust. My 11 year old nephew and 8 year old daughter helped, she made the fondant roses!
