Cupcakes

I made cupcakes and a chocolate genouis cake with a Mocha frosting and kaluha soaking syrup. It was good. The cupcakes were really cute. They were for a friends graduation party.

Critter cake

This was for my daughters 5th birthday. There is a bird in a nest sitting on eggs. A caterpillar on the cave (with little eyes peering out), a frog and a lobster in the water (she wanted a lobster for a pet this year!), a snail, and lady bugs.
The cake was good too, lemon with one half cherry filling and one half strawberry cream filling. MMMM!!!

Another baby shower cake

This one seems to be very popular. Baby feet molded out of marshmellow fondant. All fondant accessories including writing that says "sweet little one".

I just finished this cake this morning for a customer. She saw pictures of the first one and wanted the same kind. Cute colors!

Baby Shower Feet cake

I did this cake for a friend of my moms. Chocolate chip cake with chocolate cream cheese filling. Whipped cream frosting covered with marshmellow fondant. Fondant feet, quilt and bow.

Disney Birthday

This was for a Disney themed birthday party. I designed the cakes and assembling them was a group effort. Amber and her mom made the actual cake part, Amber and I iced them, I did the fondant and other details, Ambers mom did the pearl border on the Mickey Mouse cake, Amber did the ears and the writing, and Andi (Amber's sister in law) helped with lots of little things too. We got it done right in time for the party and it was probably the quickest I have ever gotten a cake done. I like having a team!
