Mickey Mouse Ice Cream Cake

I made an ice cream cake for my daughters 3rd birthday. She loves Mickey mouse so I tied that in a little. You can't get to elaborate with ice cream cake but it sure was yummy. Chocolate cake with mint chocolate cookie ice cream and chocolate fudge layers.

Birthday Cakes

I made these 3 cakes for my uncle Stan's birthday party. There was coconut cake with a coconut lime filling, cream cheese frosting garnished with toasted coconut; banana cake with banana cream filling layered with fresh cut banana slices and a whipped cream icing; and chocolate cake with raspberry cream filling and chocolate buttercream icing.

Baby Shower cake and cookies

I did this cake and these cookies this weekend as well. It was for my good friends cousin who is having a baby boy. She requested the baby feet cake which was chocolate cake with raspberry filling and chocolate buttercream. The cookies are sugar and gingerbread in the shape of onsies, strollers, and bibs.

Baby Shower

I did this cake this weekend for a baby shower. They didn't know what they are having so they choose the colors of yellow, pink, and blue. Another cake that Flo baked and I decorated. Simple borders and inscription on a 9x13 vanilla cake with strawberry filling and champagne buttercream frosting.

Birthday Bear

This cake was made for a little boys first birthday as a smash cake. Vanilla cake with chocolate butter cream frosting.

Mini cakes and cupcakes

I made these today with some left over cake batter. They are mini vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting and blue and green sprinkles. The others are mini round and square vanilla cakes with buttercream frosting, rolled in toasted coconut topped with some chocolate buttercream frosting and of course, a cherry on top. They were pretty yummy for dessert tonight :)

Drum set

This was a birthday cake I decorated (cake baked by Flo Jenkins)for a popular Jazz musician here in Portland. It's chocolate cake with chocolate pudding filling, iced in chocolate buttercream icing covered with fondant. All other decorations, including writing, is fondant.
