Graduation Cake

I have a friend who bakes but doesn't enjoy decorating as much as I do so has started contracting some of her decorating work out to me. This was a cake she made and I decorated for a college graduate. It was a 10" layer cake that had to weigh at least 10lbs. I was just bummed I didn't get to take a bite because her cakes are SO delicious!

A "Fresh" Start

I've added something new to my baking... fresh farm eggs! I found a place close to home that sells fresh eggs in brown, chocolate, and green and I am excited to incorporate this new find into my baking life with the hope that it will boost the quality of the items that I bake.
